Here is the part of the css that I modified to format links in this section of the street slate template which is the webon template I think you are using. Many more options can be written into the css. 


You will not need to format the text links once you edit the css for links. Linked text will assume these properties when the text is actually linked.  Changes may only display in preview mode so preview before you assume the link formatting didn't hold.

I used css colornames to make it easier to test edits to the css. You can use any color hex code number in place of the colornames here.

You can also change its format using the options on the left-hand side of the toolbar.
